First of all, this is a first come first served place, so no appointments. Still it would be good to call ahead to tell them your vehicle if you know you'll need a part. I agree with the reviews, the people here are friendly, knowledgeable quick and quote fair prices. I've been here twice for 2 different brake issues, and they treated me great both times.
